The website needed to communicate 12+ features and initiatives without overwhelming visitors. Features were grouped into logical categories and introduced progressively throughout the experience to improve comprehension and engagement.
Outcome-Focused Messaging
Instead of leading with feature descriptions, content focused on user outcomes and benefits, helping visitors quickly understand the value of each offering.
